Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy are designed to provide you with flexibility while ensuring fairness:

 

1. Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation within the first 3 business days of booking at no charge.

2. Modification Period: After the initial 3-day period, modifications to your reservation are allowed without a cancellation fee.

3. Cancellation Fees:

   – If you cancel your reservation between 3 business days and 14 days before your check-in date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount will apply.

   – Cancellations made 14 days or less before check-in will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

   – Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions for Free Cancellation: You can cancel for free in the following circumstances:

   – Not attending the event.

   – Receiving a better offer that we cannot match or beat.

   – Any extenuating circumstance that prevents your attendance.

We recommend that you consider travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes in your travel plans.
